PEABODY AWARD WINNER "BOSTON PUBLIC" RINGS THE BELL
ON A NEW NIGHT AND TIME IN SEASON PREMIERE SEPT. 19 ON FOX

BOSTON PUBLIC, which won a George Foster Peabody Award in 2003, will ring
the school bell on a new night and time when it makes its fourth season
premiere Friday, Sept. 19 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. In the episode
"Chapter Sixty-Seven," an attempted rape of Marie Watson is witnessed
by Ronnie, whose push for legal action on behalf of the female victim
leads to an even bigger shock. (BP-401) (TV-14 L)

Meanwhile, Harper is forced to confront Guber about his developing pattern
of making important decisions without discussing it first; Hanson leads
the charge against the school's zero tolerance policy to keep a student
from being expelled for drugs; and we're introduced to Carmen Torres
(newcomer Natalia Baron), a young, idealistic physics teacher who just
graduated from college and exudes a kindness and optimism that becomes
contagious.
